Grant  & Proposal Planning & Writing

Our President wrote the application to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) that funded the Capital Area Rural Transportation System (CARTS) to provide transit to the disadvantaged in a 10-county Central Texas area. He coordinated the funding from State of Texas human resource agencies, regional and municipal agencies. The service is operational.

Our President completed a five-day grant planning and writing course from The Grantsmanship Center. He also completed a grant planning and writing course taught by Austinite Eileen "Ike" West. With this training, we are better prepared to serve our clients.
