Strategic Planning
We
are a Business-to-Business consultancy ready to assist
government,
non-governmental organizations, and small businesses with their
strategic planning efforts to better serve their constituents
and
clients. Our strategic planning service is the means to the client's
end achieving self-sufficiency by realizing economic and
social goals.
Our
niche is where
clients may be unable to find solutions to short- and long-term
planning needs and have issues with their delivery of services
to their customers.
To
us, planning and communications are synonymous. No business, non-profit, or community can excel without good communications.
Successful government agencies, businesses, organizations, and communities must have
open dialogue within themselves and with their clients or customers.
Strategic planning, regardless if it done for governmental offices, non-profits or communities, requires
the engagement of all stakeholders in preparing and implementing the plan.
Our
team has worked in and understands the public sector, the non-profit sector, and the
private sector, and can assist clients in all these sectors through a Strategic
Planning process.
Public
Sector
We
have experience with the public sector, at the federal, state, and local levels, and know how public entities
operate and communicate with decision-makers, constituents and among
themselves. Small communities find themselves with many challenges
and limited resources. Through Strategic Planning we can assist
in identifying communities' priorities and develop plans of action
to address those priorities.
As a planning professional for over three decades, José E. Martínez, has been assisting, directly and indirectly, small rural Texas communities for years. As Texas continues to develop its methodology on how to better assist small rural communities in our state, he has summarized his recommendations on how community-based planning could be enhanced in the state. Click here for a bulleted summary of an article (in Microsoft Word format) illustrating his recommendations. Click here for the full article. He is available to present these ideas to your organization or community.
Non-Profits
If
you are managing a non-profit agency, we understand your particular
needs. We know about supporting funding sources, boards of directors,
staff, contractors and vendors. Non-profits' success can be measured
by their ability to clearly communicate their purpose to their client
population and potential donors. Completing a Strategic Plan will
assist the non-profit in communicating that purpose to key stockholders.
Small
Businesses
If
you are starting or running a small business, we understand small
business' needs. For businesses to be successful, they must develop
a Strategic Plan for effective marketing.
