Our purpose is to assist local, national, and international government, non-profit and business clients achieve performance improvement and/or self sufficiency goals by realizing their organizational, economic, social goals through our organizational development/management and community development services (program management, strategic planning, and facilitation). Our services are needed where these goals are not being achieved — where a organizational management or community development problem exists.

Our quality consulting services will empower us to achieve our firm’s Vision of growing into a moderately-sized company. As time and resources enable us, we will serve our world community on a pro-bono basis by teaching self-sufficiency to those we can reach thereby improving their quality of life — one community or non-profit organization at a time.
